Ford found a leak in the coolant pump and recommended to replace the pump and flush the coolant, but the car need to stay over night. I requested to schedule a 2nd visit the next day (actually 4 days later as it was a long weekend). The service completed on the promised time and I have no issue about it, just broke (service plus pump replacement/coolant flush cost me over $1100) Otherwise I am satisfied with the work. More

It was very early morning during the work week and I opted to not take their shuttle service as I was pr Visited North Star Ford for my first service. It was very early morning during the work week and I opted to not take their shuttle service as I was promised my vehicle would be done in an hour. Using the free wifi I was able to not only complete work during the hour I waited with the great coffee offered, but my vehicle was done within an hour. The service provide was warm and welcoming. Very happy with the service! More

Recent service I had a new radiator installed on my vehicle 5 days ago and within 3 days we had coolant leaks on the driveway. In addition the coolant in the reserv I had a new radiator installed on my vehicle 5 days ago and within 3 days we had coolant leaks on the driveway. In addition the coolant in the reservoir was partially frozen. A new rad hose was installed and the radiator cap replaced. I asked for an explanation as to why the coolant would freeze and I did not initially receive a satisfactory explanation. When I picked up my vehicle I asked for confirmation of the strength of the coolant which was found to be good for -28 degrees C rather than -40 degrees C. I was surprised that a light vehicle mechanic would not automatically check the strength of the coolant as part of the process. I found Liane and Damian to be very cordial and helpful but I have lost some confidence in the quality of the work being done. Also I paid $1400 for a new radiator last week and then was charged $45 for the new rad cap. Over wise parts and labour were under warranty. More

I know how tough it can be to chase electrical issues that you can't always replicate. Despite this, the technician went over a lot of the related electricals. The root cause of the issue was not determined, however we're hoping it was a poor electrical connection, possibly caused by moisture in connections. Service Advisor was very pleasant, and took time to explain everything for the phone. More

Fixed a mistake I was told I could have a wait appointment, when I arrived they told me they don't do wait appointment on Saturday.
