Always on time and quick I have been visiting this service shop for 5 years now for regular service and it has been always good. The service in this visit was really quick ev I have been visiting this service shop for 5 years now for regular service and it has been always good. The service in this visit was really quick even if I had to leave my vehicle for a part replacement overnight as they were ordered the same day and coming from Edmonton. I asked to run 3 diagnosis unrelated, which added too much cost in just "diagnosis". I was expecting a discount for the quantity involved though; even if I asked, I couldn't get it. The service from Liane was very friendly and professional with follow ups on time! There was a factory recall from my vehicle related to a component on the airbags, which I was aware for a letter I recieved from Ford time ago. I was mentioned that the part was ordered and I will recieve a call once it gets to the Service Shop next week. That will basically go in my next review. Thanks to the whole Service team to take care of my vehicle. More
