Great parts and service staff. Been a loyal customer for decades. They show you what is wrong and always fix the problem. Regular maintenance of my 2007 Yaris has allowed me to have 380,000 KM's on the odom decades. They show you what is wrong and always fix the problem. I am a regular customer at Whitby Toyota and for good reason. The customer service is always excellent and the product is top notch. Anytime I go into Whitby Toyota, I feel welcomed. I just can't think of another reason.The scope of work is clearly written on the "work order" the very document which tells the tech what to do. What else is not being done? Would rather you service your vehicle else where Had a potential issue that might be covered under a warranty enhancement program (WEP), so i went in asking if it was worth booking an appointment eve Had a potential issue that might be covered under a warranty enhancement program (WEP), so i went in asking if it was worth booking an appointment even if it didn't meet the requirements 100%. Was told if it is that part that is described in the WEP was causing the issue then yes they would look at replacing it. So book an appointment for a few days later. Go in for the appointment and after 2 hours (30 min of which was them looking at the car) because it didnt have the code it doesnt qualify. My dash cam also picked up a conversation between the tech and the shop forman, where due to my lack of history servicing my vehicle with them (moved closer to them a few years ago and had issues with them see other review i hadn't gone back) was told to "go back to his f****** dealership" and "he can f*** off we wont fix it for him". Not exactly the conversation you'd expect from a dealership trying to help you resolve a issue. Service manager also didnt care had a "why are you wasting my time" body language when i tried to get clarification on the notes that were going to be provided to Toyota head office. I get that my car didnt qualify for the WEP but to be lied to when booking the appointment that it wouldn't matter, and being told to go back to my dealership doesnt seem like a dealership that wants repeat business. This was their last chance i'll never be stepping foot inside their doors again and will recommend this to everyone i know. More

4th car from Whitby toyota I did look around , an informed consumer would only do that ,only to realize I was always comparing to Toyota. I do the same thing every time I buy a new car, therapeutic I guess. My daughter once went for a job interview , when asked what does "customer service" mean to you , she replied in a heartbeat "Gord at Whitby Toyota". I have a 2004 Sienna , currently being shipped back on a train from BC to Ont.. We expect the van to be here in 10 days . It was my daughter who left it out there the summer of 2016 who said "Gord at Whitby Toyota" in 2004. We were confident that the van could make a cross country trip with reliability. This is why.... I have performed all of the maintenance as per schedule at Whitby Toyota . Good service department Art , Kevin ,Steve ...........Reliability is second to none. 394,000 kl and many more to come But eventually you need to get a new car.....12 years later .......we decided on a Toyota Venza. With all of the plans we had this summer , the easiest was dealing with Gary at Whitby Toyota. He knew we would be back , he knew we had four Toyotas , he knew his product! .
