Since starting as a Sales Consultant in 2001, Kevin has built up an impressive following because of his innate ability to make finding your next vehicle easy and fun while ensuring every detail is looked after. Married in 2006, Kevin, his wife Ivette, daughter Abi and son Michael enjoy their time together relaxing at home with a good book, or enjoying the outdoors. Kevin is also a recreational soccer player and enjoys the challenge of Mountain Biking. London is a great city to ride a bike. Kevin attributes much of his early success to his Business Referral Group. Kevin believes that it is up to us to make success happen and it is great when our friends and family support us. Inspired by those who “Don’t Quit”, he feels that small actions can make every day a great day.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE We first contacted FINCH motors via Telephone. The receptionist informed us the salespersons were at a meeting and the first one that came out of the We first contacted FINCH motors via Telephone. The receptionist informed us the salespersons were at a meeting and the first one that came out of the meeting she would give them our number. Kevin Dibrita contacted us before noon. We set up a time to drive from Brantford to London to meet with him as soon as we got there. From the moment we arrived.. we just felt the ambience and the aura of BEING WELCOME. Kevin was busy with a client ,but the receptionist contacted him and he quickly and politely explained the situation and had us wait for a few moments. He then had the pending vehicle brought forward to the viewing area so we could examine same.. Upon finishing with his client he asked if we would like to take the vehicle for a drive. Being a bit nervous about driving around London we declined at which point he asked if he could take us for a drive. He indicated several features about this vehicle and then we went on a short trip. When we returned.. to his office we started to talk Business.. Kevin was a 'straight shooter', very forthright, and straight up salesman.. Nothing shady whatsoever. . He informed us there were a few outstanding items to be attended to on the vehicle. he also introduced us to the undercoating feature which we chose to have installed on the vehicle. That being said we finalized the deal and returned on Saturday travelling on VIA, to collect our NEW USED vehicle.. we are extremely happy with the service and the treatment by any and all of the staff we encountered during this meeting. Before we departed Kevin took the time and made the effort to explain the workings of the car to us before we left. He showed us the work that had been attended to on our behalf. We personally informed Kevin he was the BEST SALESPERSON we have ever encountered, and we felt completely at ease doing business with him. Amazing friendly service and problem solving Kevin Debrita and Jordin Finch. They always return calls and more importantly they get to know their customer needs and expectatations and attempt to Kevin Debrita and Jordin Finch. They always return calls and more importantly they get to know their customer needs and expectatations and attempt to exceed, not just meet. They solve problems immediately. We have our second vehicle from them in 4 years. We had a concern with an external service purchased through them and Kevin arranged a conference call to ensure the problem was solved. Another Good Customer Experience at Finch First. My wife and I have just purchased a new 2015 GMC Acadia from Finch Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac. This is our fourth vehicle purchase from this dealership, My wife and I have just purchased a new 2015 GMC Acadia from Finch Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac. This is our fourth vehicle purchase from this dealership, starting in 1990 on Southdale Road. Kevin DiBrita looked after us this week in a very professional and down to earth manner. He took the time to answer all our questions and made the negotiation process most enjoyable. Although we did not purchase any rust proofing and warranties offered, Richard Litt was very knowledgeable about these products. We have had both our GM vehicles serviced at Finch Chevrolet since 1990 plus my daughter's car and our farm truck on occasion. We continue to deal with Finch Chevrolet mainly because of how well we have been treated by the Service Department over the years with reference to the efforts of Tim Polley and Rich Spence. Exceptional Customer Service I have been a Finch customer since June/July 1999. Over this time, I have purchased and/or leased approximately 8 vehicles. Everytime I have p I have been a Finch customer since June/July 1999. Over this time, I have purchased and/or leased approximately 8 vehicles. Everytime I have purchased, I have been treated with the highest level of respect and satisfaction. I have received the best service possible from beginning to end of my purchases and beyond. The after sales customer service I have received from any of my sales consultants has been second-to-none. Over the years, I have dealt with Hass Hijazi (now partner of Finch Hyundai) and Kevin DiBrita (whom I have dealt with for the past 6 vehicles). Both Kevin and Hass treat me better than family. They are always available to assist with any question or problem at hand. The reason I came to Finch in 1999 was for service on my 1988 Pontiac Tempest, which I had purchased from another local GM dealer (which is no longer in business). The service advisor I reached on June 30, 1989 was Phil Jackman. This gentleman waited at the dealership until I arrived (approximately 6 pm which was after the dealership and service department were closed). Upon arriving, Mr. Jackman supplied me with a loaner vehicle for the long weekend at no charge. On the following Tuesday morning, I received a call from Phil telling me that parts had to be ordered to complete my repair and to continue using the loaner until my car was completely repaired. Due to a delay in parts being shipped to the dealer, my repair was not completed for approximately 10 days. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was informed that there was absolutely no charge as it would all be covered under warranty, including the loaner. I was very impressed. Based on the service satisfaction I had, when I again had problems with the Tempest in 1992, I had it towed to Finch for service late in the evening. While waiting for my wife to pick me up at the dealership, I noticed a 1992 Pontiac Grand Am on the lot that I liked. The next morning when the service department called and informed me of the repairs necessary, I decided it was time to replace the Tempest. I approved the repair and requested the service advisor to transfer me to the sales department. My call was picked up by Hass Hijazi. I let Hass know which vehicle I was interested in. Whereas, I was at work at the time without a vehicle, Hass offered to pick me up in the 1992 Grand Am when I was done work. I test drove the vehicle back to the dealership. I paid for my repairs and began the paperwork to trade-in the Tempest and purchase the Grand Am. Over the years, I continue to visit Finch for all my repairs and purchases. I will not even consider another dealership. ALL of the Finch employees are courteous and go above and beyond in every area of the sales and service process. I enjoy my visits. I have made many longterm friends at the dealership over the years. I would recommend the Finch dealerships to any and all who are interested in purchasing and/or service their vehicles. I had been shopping for a car for quite a long time bu I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the great experience I had at your dealership. I had been shopping for a car for quite a long time but never really took anything for a test drive. When I came into Finch I met with Kevin and he took the time to take my wife and I on a few test drives and really showcased his knowledge. He showed us all the features and explained the differences between each model and trim choice. I really appreciate the friendly service and passion exhibited by your employees.
