Less than a year ago (June 2021), I brought my 2015 RAM 1500 to Crestview to fix the air conditioning. The cost was $835. I expected it to work. Flash forward to today, (May 26. 2022) and I brought it in a 1500 to Crestview to fix the air conditioning. The cost was $835. I expected it to work. Flash forward to today, (May 26. 2022) and I brought it in again because it isn't working. Crestview service promptly told me it would be $1260 to fix. So, either the air conditioning system in the late model RAM trucks is garbage or they didn't do a very good job analyzing the problem to begin with. Did I mention you cannot get air conditioning on these late model RAM trucks fixed anywhere but a Dodge dealership? I purchased a 2010 Challenger from Crestview and had used them for service in the past, but not any more. I won't buy anything from them in the future, I do not trust them and neither should you. More

I love when you can walk into a Service Department and be greeted by multiple people BY NAME and have everyone talk to you like you are an old friend. I hadn't even been in the place for a year. The establishment obviously treats their staff well for these folks have been around for a long time and they pass that same caring on to their clients. In a world where no-one stays in their job long enough to get really good at it, Crestview is a welcome throwback. Keep getting better, folks! More

The staff were so helpful, friendly, and caring about my vehicle! Excellent service! As stressful as it is to have car trouble and to pay an unexpected bill, it is also reassuring to know my vehicle was in vehicle! Excellent service! Ryan did a phenomenal job keeping in contact with me and guiding me throughout the whole process as my car required a number of things.
