Recall fix Had a blown power steering hose and turned out it was a recall. Dealt with Kevin Brooks and he was professional and courteous. Bought a brand new ram 2500 Went in and dealt with sales and was almost painless. On the spot I was given options that suited what I was interested in and within the afternoon a Went in and dealt with sales and was almost painless. On the spot I was given options that suited what I was interested in and within the afternoon a trade in deal was done and I drove my new truck home that night. Only down side is the service provided after I purchased the truck. Both service employes and the manager were extremely difficult and were not cooperative to my needs and concerns. As someone who works in a similar industry customer satisfaction is a priority and is something that crestveiws service department needs work on. More

Many visits, never satisfied the customer service at the service centre of the dealership is the worst, the men are incredibly rude and terrible an answering and returning calls. the customer service at the service centre of the dealership is the worst, the men are incredibly rude and terrible an answering and returning calls. Went to get a major squeak fixed, suggested the remove the seat to tighten and grease the fixtures, and had to bring my vehicle back two more times before they did what was suggested. Totally inconsiderate of the customers time and going without a vehicle for 3 days. After going back to get the doors painted, I expected to go home in my vehicle after not having it for 5 days only to receive it completely dusty and with hand prints on paint all over the interior fabric and seats. Brought the problem to the attention of the auto body department, got it "recleaned" to see that the interior was still filthy. After speaking to the detailing department manager, I was only offered a free cleaning where I would need to leave my vehicle again for 2 days. No apology, just a card and a glare. Completely unprofessional. Going through for an oil change, the oil drain door was broken off and I was not informed about the issue until I went to a different location for my next oil change. After getting my bumper replaced, all of the screws securing the bumper to the frame fell off, leaving my bumper to hang off of my vehicle. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, including to purchase. These people are unprofessional, inconsiderate of the customers and lazy with their work. More

Oil Change Every time I go in for an oil change (express lane) it seems I have to argue to get "just an oil change". Each time they try to push the add-ons and try to tell me that I have these additives. I take very good care of my vehicles with regular oil changes at 5000 klm and all the other required servicing. Gord and his crew (Kevin, Ryan) are great to deal with. It is the express land I struggle with. More
