Easyy Wanted to take my Jeep to the dealership that I bought it at to get a few things checked out. I called on Wednesday and they said "Yes, of course, no Wanted to take my Jeep to the dealership that I bought it at to get a few things checked out. I called on Wednesday and they said "Yes, of course, no problem, come in first thing Friday." Came in and they said that because my Jeep was under warranty that me coming in was a waste of time because they couldn't do anything if they found anything wrong since they weren't a Chrysler dealership. Seven AM me was not pleased and complained that the employee on the phone . Thankfully they gave me Kevin's number at Crestview Chrysler. I'm so glad they did. Kevin was knowledgeable, efficient, and very friendly. Since they needed to order in a part, I did have to come back the following Friday to get it fixed. That being said, my Jeep was ready in no time. I got a shuttle to and from work downtown. Bonus: they waved the labor fee. Got my Jeep fixed for free! Will come back again; no question. More

Always above and beyond Getting your vehicle services is almost never something you actually WANT to do. These folks, however, have established such a fine reputation, that I almost look forward to a visit for service. My experience of Kevin Brooks, in particular, needs expansion. Kevin is simply the best service representative I have ever dealt with. He is personable, knowledgeable, empathetic, and likely the main reason I continually return to this shop when service is needed and why I will likely come to Crestview for all future vehicle purchases and subsequent maintenance. Special notice this time should also go to the Service Foreman, Troy and technician, Leo(?) who took extra time to listen to my issues and gave me exemplary service. It was greatly appreciated. More

First service visit This was my first trip to the dealer after the purchase of my new vehicle and the service department was most accommodating. Dropping off my car was quick, the shuttle driver, Ken Schmidt, provides excellent service and knows this city really well. Outstanding service department! I brought in my vehicle after an unfortunate accident and Kevin answered all of our questions and concerns in such a friendly manner. Everything was good and would have given a five star but I supplied the oil for the service and they didn't use mine and put their own in. It was written on the service order but I guess some one didn't read it that well More

alright service On Monday Jan 16th 2017 i took my car in for service to get the blower motor check out and a noise in the passenger front door, they just check out th On Monday Jan 16th 2017 i took my car in for service to get the blower motor check out and a noise in the passenger front door, they just check out the blower motor and they said they did have one in stock they have to order one, that understandable, but they didn't check out the noise in the door they said they don't have time today, they will check it out when the blower motor comes in, i would be happy if they diagnose the problem and fix everything when the blower motor come in. On Tuesday Jan 24 2017, Drop of my car at 7:20 am Service person ask me if i need a ride i say yes and he told me to wait in the show room and they will come and get me,about 7:40 i noticed that there no customer in Service so i go ask and see when shuttle bus leaving and they said it left and Service person called the shuttle bus to come back, so they forgot about me and luckily i was not late for my appointment. I go and pick up my car shortly after 3;00 pm they say everything fix, the mechanic blaming everything else in my car for the noise in front passenger door like stuff in the drive door and stuff in the back for making the noise, but me and my friends can tell the noise is coming from the passenger door, More

This time not so sure. Monday, Jan 9 2017 I had my vehicle booked for tire rotate, oil change with conventional oil requested, and to investigate squeak in suspension. Updat Monday, Jan 9 2017 I had my vehicle booked for tire rotate, oil change with conventional oil requested, and to investigate squeak in suspension. Updated with leak in axle and repaired. Good. Picked up vehicle and paid. Upon review of invoice, it seemed high price for an oil change. I thought perhaps they used synthetic oil instead of regular. I asked and he advised that prices had gone up and regular bulk oil was used. I understand prices must go up, but I work at a commercial fuel and bulk station and our regular oil is not $8.05 a litre and is roughly 1/2 of what I was charged. To add insult to injury, that same evening @ 5:38pm I received a email coupon for Peace-of-Mind Maintenance Service for $89.95 and my invoice was $133.77. More
