Horrible experience when you need a car service. The technician was very rude. My car had a little problem involving a cable getting stuck/corroded, preventing my hood to latch on properly. They never technician was very rude. My car had a little problem involving a cable getting stuck/corroded, preventing my hood to latch on properly. They never did anything to the car, just a little spray of lubricant to free up the cable. Then they charged mr 80 dollars, kept my keys hostaged at that part. 80 dollars, for what? The receptionist was clueless about the stuff he was making up to milk out the 80 dollars from me. They had no clue that I'm very knowledgeable about car mechanics, so I knew exactly what the receptionist was doing. Very malicious act of service. Not going back for sure. More

Waiting a week for warranty service and a call back No sure how they get these ratings. First time going there and it has already been bad. Waited 3 days for an oil change with no call backs. We needed to follow up each day only to learn the truck was still not ready. They finally found the issue only after calling Nissan Canada. It was supposed to be fixed as the part landed a few days ago. i called to follow up only yo learn the manager will call me with an update.
