Additionally Kathryn delivered superior above average professional personal customer service, even during her off hours. We are totally satisfied with Budd's and I would highly recommend you call Kathryn first if you are considering a Cadillac or other GM vehicles offered from Budd's. We will be replacing another vehicle in the next 90 days and Budd's will get the first call. More

I was having issues with my old car and Juan, who is not only knowledgeable but also amazing, did not hesitate when asked to give an honest opinion regarding my car situation. He introduced me to his colleague Kathryn who was also so helpful, amazing and assisted me find a newer and reliable vehicle. I felt so comfortable having her help me that it didn't even feel like a sale! Rob was great as well! He assisted me in finding a lender for my new vehicle. If you're looking for a dealership where you get the best service and won't let feel like you're anything less - from service to sales to finance.. Look no further, Budd's Chev is your bet! I can't stress how thankful I am that I purchased my car from them. They have been nothing but awesome throughly! Last week, I was due for my first service and yet again, I received the same level of service as my previous visits.
