Chipped wheel. Brought in for repair left with color mismatched flat finish. This was done by an outside vendor. Even though I was not happy with the outcome, Tony Brought in for repair left with color mismatched flat finish. This was done by an outside vendor. Even though I was not happy with the outcome, Tony the service manager did return my call and offered to make things right. This has not been the norm especially post covid what seems like everywhere. I see it daily in my job. Tony did go above and beyond to remedy the issue. My daughter is needing a new car and I feel confident that ODCJ will take care of her. More
