I purchased my 2017 Ram 1500 from their dealership although I live 1480 kms away in Thunder Bay. With the great deal of distance between us geographically, there were challenges and both Nelson and Karl were very helpful to me. The price that Team Chrysler extended to me for the factory order truck could not be met by the Thunder Bay dealership. I had originally ordered a 2017 EcoDiesel on Jan 31st 2016, only to learn later that the truck would not be manufactured because of the issue between the EPA and FCA. The dealership was honest with me while Chrysler Canada was not. I was very displeased with Chrysler Canada as they were not forthcoming with any information regarding the manufacture of the truck I ordered. I might add that even though I made two complaints to Chrysler regarding their mismanagement of the news and failure to inform their customers of developments, or lack thereof, I still have not received a response from Chrysler Canada. People who ordered vehicles in good faith and provided a down payment deserve better treatment. In light of this, if it were not for Nelson and Karl, I would have bought another GM or Ford. More

I lost all hope of getting my ram 2016 ram sport until one day after work I went into Team Chrysler. Sammy and Karl started to talk me into a 2017 because all of the 2016 were pretty much sold out everywhere else I had tried. Went back a few days later because there was a Chrysler sales rep there offering better incentives which was closer to my price point. He was also great to deal with. They were friendly, funny and made my buying experience enjoyable which i couldn't say about another dealership that I went to which I won't mention. Overall i would like to thank everyone there they made my buying experience relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable. Making a purchase this big is a hard thing to do and the last thing you want is to feel pressured or intimidated. Dealership was awesome thanks again. Steve More

One word: Excellent One of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had, this being my first car purchase in Canada has been the most memorable one. I was v One of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had, this being my first car purchase in Canada has been the most memorable one. I was very confused about which car I wanted to go for and wasn't able to make up mind which required me to make multiple visits to the dealership (6-7). Despite that Aftab was always there to assist me and clear my confusion. The best part of this experience was that when I finally made up my mind on one specific jeep Cherokee, I was told that it had been sold recently but instead of giving up Aftab was quick enough to show me the next option which was a V6 jeep cherokee sport (previous one was a 2.4) for a similar price. Without any further delay I started negotiating and was able to strike a good deal on that. I also had a chance to interact with Moe Muntasir from the finance department who helped me in getting the best interest rates possible getting the bi weekly payment well within my budget. I would definitely recommend team chrysler to anyone who is on the lookout of new/used jeep, chrysler or dodge products. More
