I was extremely pleased by the overall process...the service time promised was met (actually the cars were available to me earlier than promised), the original work & estimate were not exceeded. We decided to check out a used dealership as we knew they would have ample choices in their lot. We were not disappointed. When we arrived we met Ziggy and he was more than helpful in setting up half a dozen test drives back to back for us. We left with a good feeling of the SUV we wanted. We met again the next day to test drive our favourite...the Ford Edge. By the time we arrived back Ziggy had printed up the paper work knowing that my wife's eager tone meant nothing less than "we'll take it". Ziggy walked us through everything we needed to know and introduced us to Kevin. Kevin is in charge of making sure we understand the numbers. He took his time to explain all our options and answer all our questions. We walked out feeling very informed and comfortable with our purchase. The next day we drove the car home. Thanks again to Ziggy and Kevin for a seamless process and making us feel that you are invested in your customer's choices. More

Karen is always so very helpful when I would go into get my vehicle serviced & was a big help in the purchasing of this new vehicle (& also having me talk to the right people along the way). Danny- Sales Manager, assisted me when I was feeling pretty upset about my situation & listened to my frustrations (being very empathetic the whole time we spoke). After speaking with Danny, who was very knowledgeable, I felt so much better than I had in the beginning of said call. Danny went over a few options with me & I decided to go in the next day after looking online at a few different options. Danny was there to speak with me & than had Julius there lending a helping hand as well. Julius & I took the car I had looked at & liked for a test drive. I decided I would get that vehicle. Even though the vehicle was at one of their other locations, Julius took the time to check in with me & also personally came over to that location this evening (well after what I know was his scheduled work time) to come and hand me the keys to my new car. I have had friends & family buy their vehicles from Gorrud's and I know they as well as myself would recommend anyone to get their future vehicles there. The staff are very friendly, professional & make sure their clients are happy & satisfied with their new car when leaving there. Julius also told me if I have any issues at all in the future to give him a call & he would be happy to help... but until my first scheduled oil change I don't plan on seeing you all till then. lol :) Thanks for everything, Kristi More

Amazing all around experience. We have purchased a car there years ago and were now looking for a newer, more reliable vehicle. We hooked up with Ron Marlow. He was very helpful and We have purchased a car there years ago and were now looking for a newer, more reliable vehicle. We hooked up with Ron Marlow. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had our eye on a nice lower priced Corolla. During test driving, we noticed some issues, noticeably a persistent vibration at highway speeds. We did purchase the vehicle, as they balanced all tires, serviced and ground the front rotors, and did their full inspection. On driving it home, we noticed that the vibration was still there. We came back the next day, and service re-balanced all wheels. As this was my wife's car I was concerned that the vibration would only get worse. After driving for 1 more week, things got worse. The front window was so badly micro pitted, that when driving into direct sunlight, the windshield had so much glare that you could barely see through the window. I had to come to a complete stop after turning into our roadway. We then decided to take them up on the 30 day, 2500 km exchange program. There was no hesitation in doing that for us, and no further questions asked. Problem was that we wanted a standard, and none were currently available in our price range. Fortunately, at around 21 days, a few came available. We then purchased a year older Honda Civic, which was fully loaded, and in mint condition, with no vibration, and a clear windshield. They even allowed us to keep the Corolla a few days over the 30 days while they got the Honda ready. Thanks to all at Gorrud's, especially Ron Marlow, and Ilir Shoshi, who helped us get into the Honda while Ron was on vacation. More

Had issue with car, but they fixed it at the end Bought a used Scion FRS, I found out that the taillights has condensation inside, I did some research and found out that it is a well known problem wi Bought a used Scion FRS, I found out that the taillights has condensation inside, I did some research and found out that it is a well known problem with this model of the car, every time when it rains, the water xxxxxxin the taillight due to poor sealing,I'm still within their advertised 30 days "bumper to bumper" warranty, they agreed to have they taillight replaced at the end under the warranty. More
