They promised me it would be here within 3 months. It took 8 months for it to get here and in that time i would get calls telling me my car was on the way when it clearly wasnt. And knowing my desperate need for a vehicle, they still wouldnt put me in a rental car or even a lease for that matter. If i would've known i was gonna wait that long, i wouldve just bought the car i test drove that day. Im obviously happy about my order. Its a brand new car, whats not to love? But for a dealership that prides itself on costumer service i was a little disappointed to say the least. That being said, they were well aware of my frustration and ended up offering me 3 years of free maintenance(which i hope they live up to) but they were very helpful and Chris Marten(Finance Manager) was incredibly helpful and wonderful for helping me put together a warranty package i liked and made sure the car had it all on before i got there. I would buy another vehicle here and you should too. More
