Car sold to me in the perfect manner Jona and Justin have been great with me , I consider myself as a pain in the arse as i have said this too them, i know what i want for a type of feel Jona and Justin have been great with me , I consider myself as a pain in the arse as i have said this too them, i know what i want for a type of feel and look in a car and they always go out their way to help me find something they know i will be happy with. They have always kept in contact with me since the very first visit to the showroom. I have had phones calls from them asking if i am still looking and to let me know they are looking out for cars for me. Terry is new working with them and he is great too, He also made sure i was 100% happy before the deal went through. These 3 are very nice people and lovely to deal with. I look forward to meeting them again some time.If i am asked for advice on a good car dealership i will be passing on their names at Capital. More

Justin Hoffart/ Crysler Sebring 2008 limited I came in from Humboldt knowing that Capital GM has a large selection of vehicles to choose from. This was my first time buying my own car cause my h I came in from Humboldt knowing that Capital GM has a large selection of vehicles to choose from. This was my first time buying my own car cause my husband use to do it for me in the past so I was very nervous and overwhelmed. I had an idea of what I was looking. I was approached by justin hoffart while i was looking at vehicles on the lot. He approached me with a very professional attitude. Once he introduced himself he was very genuine and made me feel very relaxed. He didn't feed me with information that would be overwhelming. He was very concerned on what i was looking for and what I wanted in a car, NOT what he thought. From finding what i wanted ,to the paper work ,he explained everything in great detail to make sure I understood everything and that I was pleased with the final result, me leaving with a vechile that suited my needs and me also knowing that I was looked after and not takin advantage of. I would highly recommend to others to deal with Justin Hoffart at Capital GM cause he is very professional , very genuine, very knowledgeable, is concerned what the customer wants ,and follows up on his clients to make sure they are still satisfied. Just to inquire This has been by far one of my best car purchasing experiences. I had not been 100% ready to purchase but I had some inquiries regarding the Cadillac. This has been by far one of my best car purchasing experiences. I had not been 100% ready to purchase but I had some inquiries regarding the Cadillac. When I stepped in for the first time the dealer had been close to shutting down for the day. In past experiences I had been brushed off as the employees would have checked out already. Not Capital, I had two young professionals quickly assist me. Justin and Andrew, they had asked me a few questions and next thing you know they are giving me the keys to a brand new vehicle to test out for the evening. I had been in and out of the dealership since this first visit trying to make my decision. Every time I had stepped foot inside, there was always someone to greet me. No one had been pushy and that was the best part about it! I ended up purchasing a new Cadillac off of Justin and Serey. Zazz had been the finance coordinator who made this transaction seamless. 10/10 in my books! Thanks capital! Oh, the service guys are great too! I had been dealing with Zach who had spent over 30 min researching new wheels for me. Great team all around! More

AFTER I SIGNED THINGS WENT TO xxxx I BOUGHT THE TRUCK FRIDAY........TERRY SAID IT WOULD BE READY TUESDAY AND HE WOULD CALL ME . TUESDAY CAME , IEXPECTED A CALL IN THE MORNING IN ORDER I BOUGHT THE TRUCK FRIDAY........TERRY SAID IT WOULD BE READY TUESDAY AND HE WOULD CALL ME . TUESDAY CAME , IEXPECTED A CALL IN THE MORNING IN ORDER TOARRANGE MY DAY (I LIVE 1 HR FROM REGINA) .SO I CALLED.....TERRY IS OFF...DIDN'T ANSWER WHEN PHONED. I CALLED BACK TO DEALERSHIP AND ASKED WHO IS LOOKING AFTER TERRY'S CUSTOMERS. RECEPTION SAID I'LL FIND OUT AND HAVE THEM CALL YOU..........1 1/2 HRS LATER I PHONE BACK ...DIFFERENT RECEPTIONIST.....NO IDEA WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT, BUT WILL FIND OUT . COMES BACK ON PHONE......YOUR TRUCK WON'T BE READY UNTIL WED?? I SAID WED WHEN? MORNING? AFTERNOON? EVENING? WHEN? SHE SAID JUST A MINUTE AND CONNECTED ME TO CHAD. I QUESTIONED WED AS I HAD BEEN TOLD TUE. HE THEN SAID HE WOULD SEE IF TUE WAS POSSIBLE .....HE WOULD CALL ME BACK. FINE....MY TRUST WAS WEAK TO SAY THE LEAST HAVING NOT YET RECEIVED ANY CALLS FROM THE DEALERSHIP! JUSTIN CALLED SAID THE TRUCK WILL BE READY AT 4:30 TUE...GREAT AT THIS POINT I MUST MENTION THAT I PURCHASED MY PREVIOUS SIERRA FROM CAPITAL SO...I HAD EXPECTATIONS ,,,LIKE A FULL TANK OF GAS...INSTEAD I HAD TO FILL IT TO DRIVE HOME. LIKE HOW TO USE GAS CARD...STILL DON'T KNOW.....LIKE FREE OIL CHANGES.....I HAD TO ASK HOW THAT WORKED (AS TO WHEN AND WHERE) LIKE GETTING 1 DOOR OPENING FOB(NO CAPITAL KEY RING, WHICH I HAD ON BOTH MY OTHER TRUCK KEYS) I WAS TOLD I COULD GET ONE NEXT TIME I WAS IN REGINA. Our sales person, Everett, came out to the parking area to greet and introduce himself to us. He proceeded to show us the various Encores we were interested in and then explained the differences between them. From the moment we decided to purchase a vehicle the process was completed quickly. We met with the sales manager Justin who completed the deal to our satisfaction. From there we met with Jessica in the finance department who was really pleasant and completed the business aspect quickly. Overall our experience was very good--everyone was exceptionally friendly and professional. We've dealt with Capital GM for over twenty-five years and will continue to be loyal customers due mainly to their exceptional customer service. I rate them a 5 out of 5! More

We have been in the market for a new truck for several months and although we didn't plan on purchasing until Jan 2015, there was a customized truck at Capital GMC that sparked our interest. We dealt with Justin Hoffart and Matt Fischer under the advice of friends who previously dealt with them. We made and offer and although there was some miscommunication (around the price) before we sealed the deal, Justin and Matt went above and beyond to make sure we left as happy new truck owners. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days and so we wanted to post on here to make sure you know that Capital GMC truly does value their clients. After visiting other dealerships in the city, I had enough car buying experience for the day. My husband wanted to make one more stop at Capital GMC. I am glad we did! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with friendly staff. The sales specialists we worked with were Justin Hoffart and Serey Uy. Matt Fischer dealt with the finance portion. They were all very down to earth, friendly and extremely professional. I don't believe we would have gotten better service anywhere else. Even my six year old son enjoyed the experience! We walked out of Capital with the car that we wanted at a fantastic price!! We will continue to purchase from Capital GMC and won't even waste our time looking elsewhere in the future. My wife and I bought both of our vehicles through Capital GMC - I bought my 2011 Sierra through Justin and the experience from start to finish was excellent. Was considering upgrading to a 2014 model and again I went in and Justin and Serey bent over backwards to make sure I had what I wanted and walked out with another beauty truck. Kien got the financing all in order and between these three fellas and a screwy schedule on my part, I'm the proud owner of a 2014 Sierra.
