Purchase and Service. I bought my vehicle through Justin and Greg Williams. I think they are an awesome duo. I do have a couple of issues though regarding my vehi I bought my vehicle through Justin and Greg Williams. I think they are an awesome duo. I do have a couple of issues though regarding my vehicle. I had taken it in to have front end noise checked out. I have purchasedan extra warranty for my vehicle and was told after about a month when the warranty kicks in they would have my problems resolved. Such was not the case. There was also leather pulled out from the rear headrest that was to be fixed. After taking it in to have the work done I was given a loaner vehicle. Later when called that my vehicle was ready to pick up. After picking up my vehicle I found the noise was still there. When I got home I checked where the leather was pulled out and it was the same. I called back to the service department and complained the noise was caused by dry struts on the front and that it would be expensive to replace and that GM would not warranty them. Maybe I should check with GM? If that is the case why would I buy the extra warranty which I was told was bumper to bumper. I find the noise very annoying and if I knew ahead of time would not have purchased the vehicle. This twice now that I have had poor service with Capital. The first was with Gus who I understand is no longer there, when I purchased my 2003 Grand Prix. If you would be so kind to respond. More

First GM product in 35 years I had not purchased a GM truck in over 35 years after a bad experience with a vehicle purchase and a dealer experience. Prior to this purchase I had n I had not purchased a GM truck in over 35 years after a bad experience with a vehicle purchase and a dealer experience. Prior to this purchase I had not purchased anything but Chrysler products. I purchased a new GMC truck last fall and to date I have been very pleased with the vehicle and the service department at this dealership. The service department has been very accommodating and courteous on a couple small issues with the vehicle. We have other vehicles and have not driven many kilometers as of yet on this truck as this purchase was for pleasure not work. The truck itself handles and drives like an SUV .......very comfortable and quiet ride which is what we were looking for in this vehicle. More
