Very patient salesman scores a sale with me. Recently my friend suggested I go visit Auto Gallery for my next newer car. I decided to give it a try, met Larry as my sales agent, saw a car and le Recently my friend suggested I go visit Auto Gallery for my next newer car. I decided to give it a try, met Larry as my sales agent, saw a car and left. No high pressure sales tactics and no persistent phone calls ensued. Larry let me decide on my own what I might want to buy. After I returned a second time, test drove some cars, again I left to THINK it over. During the test drive, Larry said, "Just go. Come back when you feel you have had a good test of the car. Don't feel you have to rush back." Again, no high pressure sales after I left. Life is busy and sometimes it takes a few days / weeks to make up one's mind. Larry called once and offered his help if I needed it and to come and test more cars if I needed to. He would have the cars ready for me to try again and so he did - true to his word. I lead a busy life and for me it was important that our meetings were on time and so they were. I never felt like my time was wasted. I was also extremely undecided between two cars and Larry was very patient with me, giving me all the time that I needed to make up my mind. Even after the paperwork was done, he patiently changed it all when I suddenly did an about turn and decided on a different car. Larry and this company score high in my books. 5 star Car buying experience from Auto Gallery At first, I really wasn't looking forward to the whole car shopping experience. I started off at Auto Gallery after hearing about so many of my cowork At first, I really wasn't looking forward to the whole car shopping experience. I started off at Auto Gallery after hearing about so many of my coworkers having purchased a vehicle or two from them. I must say, I was very impressed with their selection and prices. But I needed to do my homework first. So I continued to look privately and at other dealers. Most, if not all, had higher mileage and higher prices. Much higher. I looked online as well. I kept in touch with Larry Groom from Auto Gallery on a regular basis. I knew I wanted a Santa Fe Limited, since the first time I ever sat in one. He had two of the nicest ones anywhere. And believe me, I looked at a lot. I ended up going back to where I started, Auto Gallery. Larry went over everything and discussed all my options.. He provided me with the Carproof of the vehicle and went over everything. Julie also went over all my finance options. I ended up buying a 2011 Santa Fe Limited with only 35k. It is in showroom condition, inside and out and drives like a new vehicle. My friends and family are all amazed how new it still looks. I am very happy with my Santa Fe Limited and was very pleased with my shopping experience after all. Thanks Larry, Nate and Julie for all your friendly service and help. I will always highly recommend you. More
