That all changed the moment we walked onto Auto Gallery's lot. We meet with Gilles Laurin and found him to be amazing. He was very professional, listened to our wants/need, did not "push" others cars on us and showed us what we came to look at. He was also quite humorous which made the experience that much better! When it came down to the finances, I must say by far Julie Baryla was the best! She helped calmed my spouses anxiety when it came to signing the papers and she was the only finance person at any of the dealerships we went to that actually came in under our budget for our monthly payments! I would also like to add that Harvey Brennan went out of his way to make some phone calls and find out some additional information about aftermarket parts, which was greatly apprecaited as the answers did impact our purchasing the car we did. Honestly, everyone we encountered there was great, as mentioned in my title...they made puchsing a car easy and fun! I would highly reccommend Auto Gallery to friends, family and strangers! More

Best car buying experience ever We were drawn to Auto Gallery of Winnipeg because they seemed to have the best local prices on some slightly used well equipped Jeep Grand Cherokees. We were drawn to Auto Gallery of Winnipeg because they seemed to have the best local prices on some slightly used well equipped Jeep Grand Cherokees. We would have put up with less than perfect sales and service to get the right vehicle, but were very pleased to discover that the car buying experience at Auto Gallery was equally as good as their prices. Emily and Nathan did everything they could to help us. They were knowledgable and always there for us but not remotely pushy. They worked hard to smooth out an awkward situation when we were looking at the same car as another couple. Instead of trying to play us off of each other to try to get top dollar they seemed genuinely concerned about resolving everything with our interests as a priority. Julie pitched us the extra insurance add-ons when we signed the finance papers but again wasn't pushy at all, was very knowledgable, and made the experience as pleasant as signing away $50,000+ can be :) After our purchase we took our papers to a local MPI agent to transfer our insurance and when they saw our documents were from the Auto Gallery they immediately said the transaction would be easy because the Auto Gallery puts all of the relavent papers together nicely and always knows what they're doing. This was unsolicited confirmation from a 3rd party that we had dealt with the right people. Encountering only positive, genuinely helpful people who seemed to like their workplace leads us to conclude that the Auto Gallery must be owned and managed by good people too becasue when a positive attitude permeates a business our experience is that it usually trickles down from the top. Regardless, the folks we worked with directly were great. Emily will be the first, and hopefully only, person we call the next time we require a new vehicle. More

Detailed assessment of my trade-in was provided. At no time did I feel pressured in purchasing a vehicle. Once the decision was made to purchase the vehicle, Julie Baryla arranged all the paperwork in a very professional and friendly manner. Since the purchase, Andrew has followed up with me a few times regarding some minor issues to make sure they were resolved to my satisfaction.
