Excellent Saab Service Its hard to find places that can service a Saab with knowledge and experience. Not only was I informed every step of the way but they did so politely and honestly. My vehicle is purring again and they went the extra mile to make sure that it was okay. I returned to see Basil Silas wh This is my second Cadillac from Budds’ Chev Cadillac in Oakville. All car dealers should take a few tips from Budds’. I returned to see Basil Silas who was the same salesperson that sold me my first Cadillac. Unlike other dealers who have an extraordinary turnover rate, Budds’ does not which is a good sign for a dealership, or any company for that matter. Anyway, Basil is very knowledgeable on the Cadillac brand, explained every detail to me about my new car as well as well as setting up my OnStar service with me. He even insisted on pairing my cell phone to my car for what he said were safety reasons. Covered everything from A-Z. I would also like to give praise to Rob Powell as well as Shane Maginnis for their excellent service too! One last person I would like to give praise is the Cadillac concierge, Juan Orozco. Juan is a main reason why I purchased my second Cadillac at Budds’. To the owners at Budds’: please look after Juan because he is your most prized asset there. You are all great but Juan is your after sales person and he looks after us with class, integrity and respect. Thank you for another great experience purchasing from you! More

Emergency Service I visited Budds Service for an emergency tire repair. Juan Orozco greeted me as I arrived and assured me that all would be taken care of immediately. GM was the last stop after visiting BMW, Acura and Mercedes. Basil's approach and positive attitude that focussed on GM and not competitor bashing convinced me that I was in the right place. He listened to me and my family and got me the best deal for my needs. I must also mention Juan from Service. He is extremely knowledgable and friendly. He answered my questions after I purchased the vehicle and his demeanour is so friendly and unassuming that I know I will always use this dealership for all my service needs. More

The definition of customer satisfaction I've already said it on google reviews but I'll say this here too. This is the go to dealership of you have a GM car. Everyone will treat you right and you will be taken care off. No one ever tries to upsell you anything in fact evwrutime I've been here I've been greeted with very nice surprises. For example, my Cadillac infotainment screen stopped responding to touch so I asked how much the repair would be. At first I was told it will about $1400, thats a steep price I think but the next time I'm there for an oil change I'm told as a goodwill gesture the dealership will repair the screen and I will have to pay $300 and if I agree they can order the part, well that's awesome and I agree right there to pay the $300 for a new screen. Fast forward to the day of repair (which is today), after the repair is done Juan (that's the guy you want to talk to btw) tells me the screen is free and I only have to pay for labor. I've read some insanely bad experiences of people being ripped off by dealerships but I'm glad I found one that does the complete opposite and doesn't overcharge customers for anything. This is the one place I am more than happy to drive an extra 20mins and through the traffic because I absolutely love the the work ethic at Budds Oakville. I recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone who has a car made by GM. More
