Terrible service. Jose does not listen to customer. He just listens to his computer printout. The vehicle had customized work done on it by this service department Jose does not listen to customer. He just listens to his computer printout. The vehicle had customized work done on it by this service department but Jose would not listen at all. He kept shutting me down. Problem was not fixed. Jose does not respond to text or calls. Jose gave me the wrong car keys. Car was not returned to customers settings. I could barely reach the steering wheel. Seat was almost lying flat. AC was set on LO. Did not know it had a LO. Only a digital number. Took me a while to fix that. The door handle was greasy. Car was not washed. This service department is only getting worse. More

I only put yes because otherwise it wouldn’t move forward, they forgot to adjust the air pressure on my tires after they rotated them and this isn’t the first time I’ve had that issue. I also noticed a couple of drops on my driveway when I got home and I’m hoping they didn’t screw up on my oil change, I will definitely let someone know if that’s the case More

I have no issue with Kobe as this service was handled by Jose even though I told him my appointment was scheduled with Kobe. Jose checked me in and told me that a brake flush was recommended. I told him N Jose even though I told him my appointment was scheduled with Kobe. Jose checked me in and told me that a brake flush was recommended. I told him NO that a brake flush was done at my last appointment. He checked another screen on his Ipad and said oh yes it was done. This is the second time that a procedure has been "recommended" that was not needed. Then at checkout when I asked Kobe if my vehicle was ready he said it was handled by Jose then I went back to Jose and he finally found that he had the paperwork. Not good customer service! More
