The dealership, however, has declined since changing hands. They have no loaner vehicles and in order for me to get a rental, I had to be transported up to The Villages which took a long time. Also, it takes quite a while to be recognized by staff when dropping off a vehicle. There have been times when I've stood in the department for ten minutes before anyone looked up from their work and acknowledged me. More
