Jose was a great advisor to work with. Needed vehicle for at least 1 day to complete assignments. Called an uber to take me home. When vehicle was ready called an uber again to pick me up. When paying told me about the credit card Chrysler had to offer and some of its benefits. So signed up for it. Saved me some $ on c/c charges by doing this. Have been going there since 2013 and will continue to use their service department. Way to go!!! More

I dropped off my Ram at a scheduled appointment of 7:30 02/15/24 and it was ready to be picked up at 3:00 02/17/24. They did drop me off and pick me up from my rental in the Villages at No Charge. I was in contact with Jose Valdez Thursday and Friday and then I was in contact with his son Yadiel Valdez on Saturday. I sometimes get impatient as this service department has grown so much since I first began getting my car repairs here. But, I have learned no matter how quickly or how much time my appointment takes, I am grown so much since I first began getting my car repairs here.
