Kobe Hiltz was so helpful in getting my Ram 2500 diagnosed and into the service bay quickly. He was very courteous and kept me informed while I waited in the customer lounge. I received the video fr diagnosed and into the service bay quickly. He was very courteous and kept me informed while I waited in the customer lounge. I received the video from mechanic Mike Warkocz showing me what the problem was and what was done to correct it. Within minutes my truck was waiting for me and Kobe arrived to give me my key. Kobe followed up and did a good job. Inspection results were confusing at best. I didn't see results only recommendations for additional service which seemed expensive. When you a schedule the appt for Saturday at 8:00am instead of waiting 1 or two hours and drop it off Friday afternoon shouldn’t it still be started at 8 or 9am maybe 10 but when you call and are told instead of waiting 1 or two hours and drop it off Friday afternoon shouldn’t it still be started at 8 or 9am maybe 10 but when you call and are told at 1:00 we just started the drain of oil in engine and I had to wait an hour still why help them they still do what they want when they want I just don’t understand why I had to call at one to find out so my opinion is they waited for my call then pushed to get done so they could help people waiting I stated of me It’s like going into fast food and all the drive ups go first but you took the time to go in Oh well live and learn as they say at the dealership I bet more people coming down so our numbers are in there favor Just an opinion More
