Scheduled ceramic treatment for the finish on my 2024 Pacifica. Made arrangements to drop off vehicle the night before to expedite the completion of the preparation for the application process. Salesman young Steven was great. Went all down hill after that. Service department ran horribly and they have no communication skills whatsoever.
