Mike McManus has been my go-to person in service and has been invaluable in his assistance in correcting problems being incurred and correcting them the first time. A recent experience in correcnting a rattle required keeping the car overnight buthe had my house key. he went out of his way to get me the key and then get me a ride home. More

Spent an awesdome afternoon with John Barabash and Cam Bottrel working through buying a 2014 Escape. Looked at multiple options (Edge, Escape, New, 1 Yeal Old, 2 Years Old) and was treated with the upmost Bottrel working through buying a 2014 Escape. The product knowledge and explanation of the multiple financing options made my decision easy in the end and I know I ended up with the right vehicle for me and my family. Everything was put together in obnly 4 hours including the purchase, a trade and all insurance requirements (John drove me to Knight Archer who was also excellent to deal with) and I drove away without my old clunker and with a beautiful new vehicle. We had a great experience with Capital Ford, Jon & Adrien. On our first visit, we said we were just starting our search and trying to find out what vehicle we needed for our family, and an idea of pr Adrien. Jon arranged some test drives for us, and we narrowed our search. Over the next week we visited the showroom and emailed our questions and one week after our first visit, made our purchase. At no point were we ever under any pressure to make a purchase, instead we were encouraged to think about our options, and make sure we were happy with our choices. We just took delivery of our shiny new F150 today, and are very happy with our vehicle and the service and attention we received. Jon and Adrien treated us as if they had all the time in the world to spend with us, and we would highly recommend them to anyone, and everyone. More

My vehicle was damaged after colliding with a deer on the highway. My partner was quite certain it would be written off by SGI because of the high miles so we started searching consumer reviews and comparin highway. I commute to work putting on 150km daily. We live 3.5 miles off pavement so an AWD vehicle in the winter is a must. I wanted reliability, good fuel mileage and AWD capability. Everything else is bells and whistles - nice but not necessary. After quite a few hours of research, we decided to test drive a Ford Escape and a Honda CRV. The Escape won hands down for quiet ride and comfort and overall looks but the attention we received from Jonathan and Adrien receives a ton of weight! The overall experience at Capital Ford was far superior, despite the young fellow at the Regina Honda dealership doing a good job. Friendly, informative and no rush or pressure. Martin handled the financing expertly. The day I picked up my new vehicle, Jonathan provided excellent teaching regarding the overall operation of the numerous "perks" and I felt confident enough to drive home on somewhat icy highways in an unfamiliar vehicle partly based on his assurances of the vehicle's safety and sensing capacity to switch to AWD as necessary. I am quite sure that when the time comes to take the Escape in for warranty checks or service, the service department will deliver the same friendly and competent service that I had with Jonathan Barabash, Adrien Denis and Martin Kaytor. I have already mentioned my wonderful experience to several friends who are shopping around for different vehicles. More

Jon was very easy to work with. He knew exactly what we wanted and found the right vehicle for us. All of the staff that we worked with were extremely friendly.
