F-150 I went into the Ford dealership with no intentions of buying a new vehicle; I was just there to look at my options. That was, until I met Jamie Morris I went into the Ford dealership with no intentions of buying a new vehicle; I was just there to look at my options. That was, until I met Jamie Morris. He was amazing to deal with! He was very knowledgeable of Ford; and it's history. I had high expectations and wanted all the options in my truck. Jamie was able to find the PERFECT truck for me! After a month and a half of owning my new F-150; I still feel the same way. I have never loved a vehicle so much in my life. When it came down to it all, Jamie and Jonathan worked with me to get me this truck. I'm the happiest girl in the world and still have a smile on my face from the day I bought this truck. I will only deal with these two in the future as they we were so great to me! Thank you so much for all your help guys! More

Thank You CAPITAL FORD for my 2011 F150! I ended up at Capital Ford/Lincoln after a lengthy experience at a competitor dealership that was to say the least a 'Nightmare'!. I can't thank Thi, I ended up at Capital Ford/Lincoln after a lengthy experience at a competitor dealership that was to say the least a 'Nightmare'!. I can't thank Thi, Jon and Capital Ford enough for the inviting, welcoming and understanding environment I was presented with upon arriving at the dealership. This was a completely different experience then what I had gone through previously and changed my feelings on the dealership purchasing process. Jon and Thi were completely genuine and upfront in helping find the right truck and budget for me while at the same not pressuring or pushing me into something just to get a sale. They were very professional while making me feel like I was a family member there. It was an extremely comfortable atmosphere and Thi Vo gave me his full attention and time ex:(1hr test drives) Both Jon Barabash and Thi Vo were very sincere in finding the vehicle that fit my budget, lifestyle and work needs perfectly. I was GMC the day before and let's just say, I won't be going back or recommending any family or friends to GMC. At Ford, I was seen as person, an individual, and a customer. Craig L had the utmost customer service. John B was his right hand man and was very friendly. Both compliment each other as a team. 10 star service. I can't believe I'm only offered 5 stars to rate. Great salesmenship exhibited by both. I sensed a great deal of pride from Craig and John. Both carried themselves as they owned the place. Not an ego thing. But they displayed pride in their jobs. Body language spoke all languages of happiness. Now leif, what an extraordinary man. He was professional yet human... he was personable. As a FORD dealership, I would like who ever is reading this to acknowledge and recognize these 3 fine young men for the service and dedication to FORD. And they deserve a raise too. In all honesty, these 3 men that assisted me in my new vehicle purchase, FORD is very lucky to have employees such as these guys. I have already shared my positive experience with FORD with family and friends. More

He assisted me when I bought my 2011 and I have been able to approach in several times in the intervening period when I had issues or questions. Mike McManus has been my go-to person in service and has been invaluable in his assistance in correcting problems being incurred and correcting them the first time. A recent experience in correcnting a rattle required keeping the car overnight buthe had my house key. he went out of his way to get me the key and then get me a ride home. More
