Jonathan Barabash was very helpful from start to finish. He already had the vehicle ready that I wanted to test drive when I first got there. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Jon B was very good at listening to what we wanted in our vehicles (we purchased 2). He worked very hard to get the two vehicles combined with our trade in under the monthly budget we had requested. I was very satisfied with the service provided by the Capital Ford group. I did a lot of homework before shopping 3 other competitive dealerships and Capital. I went to Capital Ford Lincoln looking for my first car. I told Jon what I was looking for and what my budget was and he listened. The first car I was interested in didn't work out, but as soon as another I told Jon what I was looking for and what my budget was and he listened. The first car I was interested in didn't work out, but as soon as another car came on the lot that matched my "wish list", he immediately informed me and I ended up purchasing the vehicle. He provided excellent customer service in a very friendly manner and worked with me in finding what I really wanted and could afford as opposed to "pushing" a sale on me like so many other dealerships. I would highly recommend Jon and Capital Ford Lincoln to my family and friends. More
