I haven't the foggiest idea about cars and was super nervous when I started looking for my first, coz I was afraid I would be totally ripped off...yes, had heard loads of nightmare stories from friends nervous when I started looking for my first, coz I was afraid I would be totally ripped off...yes, had heard loads of nightmare stories from friends and family. I looked around and when I got to Capital Ford Lincoln, Jonathan Barabash's friendly unpretentious manner quickly set me at ease. He never once gave me the sense that he was talking down at me or impatient and the litmus test was handling my super expressive friend "Lucia". He did so with ease! Jonathan got what I wanted straight away and answered all the questions my friend and I had. I had had a Toyota Rav 4 in mind...told him my budget and we test drove a Ford Escape and I looooved it!! Darren Hollinger was great about explaining the financials and insurance, being new to the country that was so appreciated and he was so gracious about alterations I wanted. Adrien Dennis was interesting and when chatting with Jonathan and him, I got a better sense of the car and the really cool thing is I felt no pressure from them for me to buy. I would most definitely recommend Capital Ford Lincoln and recommend they work with Jonathan coz they helped transform a seemingly daunting task into a really simple and clear one. Did I mention I love my car....yup...TOTALLY!! More

I went to the dealership knowing which vehicle I was interested in and the employees were eager and willing to help me with any questions I had regarding this purchase. They did not pressure me to look interested in and the employees were eager and willing to help me with any questions I had regarding this purchase. They did not pressure me to look at any other models ect but instead helped me with exactly what I had asked them for. In terms of customer service they were AWESOME!!!! They were all so friendly and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to purchase the vehicle. I was not intending to purchase on the day of my test drive but due to how awesome everyone was I felt very comforatble in purchasing right away and they made it quite reasonable for me! The service that I received from Jon and Adrien was the best I think that I have ever had when purchasing a new car or anything else for that matter. It took me a little longer than normal to make my deci best I think that I have ever had when purchasing a new car or anything else for that matter. It took me a little longer than normal to make my decision, over 2 years to be exact and never once did I feel any pressure from Jon or Adrien. Nor was I ever made to feel that I was a bother to them or driving them nuts! Their knowledge of the product and ability to make sense of everything I needed in a truck was awesome. I used to be in car sales and they did exactly what I would have done to make a deal....they built a relationship with me and made me feel welcome every time that I went into the store. To me there is nothing more important than relationships with people especially when spending the amount of money that my wife and I did on our new truck. There was no question ever in my mind that when we did finally decide to buy something that it would be from Jon and Adrien it was just a matter of when it worked for us. They understood this and made me feel like it was ok to be the slowest buyer in the world! The whole experience was great after the guys and I decided on the numbers then dealing with Martin was also a great experience no pressure and very helpful.
