Robin Sanghvi is a very pleasant fellow offering great customer service. It is a comfortable experience coming back to Capital GM. In the finance department Jona McLeod is very knowledgeable with great skills and pleasant personality. I contacted Robin to let him know which vehicle I wanted to view. When we arrived at the dealership we met with Robin discussed a few things about the 2017 Escape. When we were ready to test drive, the vehicle had been washed and parked inside the show room all ready to go. The whole experience was very accommodating to our other appointments in Regina that day and was very much appreciated. More

Anand met us right away and from that point on, he looked after us from start to finish. We weren't sure if trade or cash deal would be the best, but Anand gave us options to think about - some which weren't even offered at another dealer - and we drove away with the Cherokee. Everyone we had contact with was friendly, helpful and definitely not pressure selling. A truly wonderful experience. Will recommend Anand for anyone we know looking for a vehicle. More

Shopping New - Found a Perfect Used Unfortunately, after 477,000 Kilometers my Crown Vic packed it in. I had a list of 9 new vehicles to choose from and when I stopped at Capital, two Unfortunately, after 477,000 Kilometers my Crown Vic packed it in. I had a list of 9 new vehicles to choose from and when I stopped at Capital, two of those vehicles were in your show room. The Caddy ATS and the Challenger side by side. After looking at the rest of the list I had, the Challenger was on my mind and the price was much better than ordering new. A week later I came back to check the Dodge out again ... ... It sold itself ... .. . I bought it. Staff was very friendly and attentive and showed me all I asked to see. Came back the next day and purchased my car. I need extra rims and tires and was well taken care of and provided with a beautiful Buick SUV to use until the Dodge was ready. Could not ask for more. Thank you all. The old Ford was pampered at Bennett Dunlop Ford and now the Dodge will be having regular checkups at Capital GMC. See you all later ... .. . Have Fun ... .. . More
