Awesome people! I showed up one Saturday morning, unshaved, messy hair, wearing a concert shirt. My only intent was a test drive after breakfast, not expecting to be I showed up one Saturday morning, unshaved, messy hair, wearing a concert shirt. My only intent was a test drive after breakfast, not expecting to be taken seriously. Darryl was most courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, saw the person, not the morning after guy. Not ten minutes after I got home, I got the surprising call of being approved and told to take a reimbursed cab ride to the dealership! Once I got there, Julie informed me that the Royal Bank changed their mind about the approval despite her having the print out of being approved for the loan. They put me at ease by telling me to keep the car and they would deal with it. The manager even offered to buy me breakfast for the near heart attack. The next day I got the good news (after several deflective phone calls from the bank) that the car was mine. For my troubles (I'm assuming), the Auto Gallery filled my gas tank and a couple of gift cards for The Keg restaurant. Followed by a thank you card in the mail and a follow up thank you phone call from Darryl. The staff are a definite moral boost and renewed my faith in humanity. Big thanks again to Darryl and Julie and all the other friendly staff! More

Quick and easy! I would never have thought we would buy a car from a used car lot! We knew what we wanted--a van with full stow 'n go--but HATE going to car dealersh I would never have thought we would buy a car from a used car lot! We knew what we wanted--a van with full stow 'n go--but HATE going to car dealerships because of the haggling and up-sell. One evening, I stumbled across an on-line ad for a 2017 Caravan with less than 100 km at Auto Gallery. The price was fair and they offered a free on-line Car Proof, which was sent immediately. We went for a test drive the next day and just like that, bought ourselves a "new" van. No pressure, no haggling, no games, no up-sell. That's the way car buying should always be. We bought from Darryl and then finalized the details with John. Both were so pleasant to deal with. My only criticism would be that the vehicle could have been given a better going over before it was put on the lot--Darryl was left scrambling to find some missing components. Next time we need a vehicle, these guys would be our first stop. More
