Jason and the sales team were great to deal with. Knowledgeable, approachable and up front- a great experience there. Service and support on next steps from financing and pick-up could have been be Knowledgeable, approachable and up front- a great experience there. Service and support on next steps from financing and pick-up could have been better as it was not really existent and some touch ups to the vehicle were not completed for pick up and will require another visit. Overall a satisfactory experience but the sales team made every effort to make things smooth where they could which I really appreciated. More

Mike was hands down the best Salesman I’ve ever dealt with, he owns a 5 l f150 and answered the things that the Ford website didn’t cover like towing and mpg with the 5.0. Also he arranged delivery to my with, he owns a 5 l f150 and answered the things that the Ford website didn’t cover like towing and mpg with the 5.0. Also he arranged delivery to my home in Grande Praire Ab and saved me the hassle of a long return Edmonton trip. The truck showed up at my door! I would give Mike 6 stars if they allowed it but only can choose 5. Mike took every call explained a ton of things different from my old 16 eco boost to now. An very dedicated professional who knows his stuff and is easy to relate to. I’m very thankful for Mike and Big West for making it so easy to get into a great truck with the options I wanted. Highly recommend getting in touch with Mike prior to buying your next F 150 to get the best advice. More
