I had 4 separate interactions with Sales – Wheaton – Honda – West and concluded the attitude is arrogance. When discussing the logic changes in trim levels the Salesmen told me, I should buy domestic (or I was not worthy – aka Seinfeld Soup xxxx). I made an appointment online, confirmed in 3 text(s) our time and arrival. When we arrived, the salesmen left 20 minutes before our appointment. After a Test drive no one would/did speak with us – we returned the keys and left – no followed up. It stood out as the worst sales group I have ever experienced. The dealer and Honda better hope that shortages endure – they can never compete on service. More

This is my fourth vehicle from Honda West and each time the staff have been attentive to what I wanted and answered any and all of my questions until I felt very comfortable in my choice of car.
