I have purchased or leased a Lexus continuosly from this dealership since 1998. I have been consistently impressed with essentially everyone I have encountered with their professionalism, compassion, and a dealership since 1998. I have been consistently impressed with essentially everyone I have encountered with their professionalism, compassion, and a culture which makes the customer feel that they are the most important person. Amongst all the Lexus staff that I have encountered, two stand out. One is Jillian Cook who was the point person for my recent purchase of an NX. She stood out as the consumate "listener", who understood my current unique circumstances and worked tirelessly with Stephanie Shearsby to make the deal a reality. The second individual is Romeo Nissan. Once again, as with Jillian, his main strength is that he listens and makes the customer feel "special" and valued. These qualities are of immense value in service delivery (I compare my treatment at Lexus with the local Mercedes-Benz dealership). I would strongly recommend the Lexus dealership to anyone interested in a new vehicle purchase. More

Jillian, Jack and the rest of the team at Lexus of London were always so friendly, patient and accommodating each time we made a visit there. Jillian has been MOST helpful in doing in depth research on a Lexus LC 500 Convertible I have my eye on. She has gone out of her way to find details on fuel pumps, recalls, and how much it would cost me t on a Lexus LC 500 Convertible I have my eye on.
