From Stressful to Excited, See Finch First! After having my original car for 11.5yrs, it was hard to start looking for a replacement, I was stressed out that I would never find something as grea After having my original car for 11.5yrs, it was hard to start looking for a replacement, I was stressed out that I would never find something as great as my first car. Without knowing the brand that I was after but having a fairly clear idea of what our family needed for size and ability, I contacted Jesse with a challenge. Not only did Jesse find a vehicle that fit my current family size, he left room for us to grow into the vehicle, he made me excited for the experience again instead of stressed out and riddled with anxiety - buying a vehicle is NOT always an easy thing. Jesse was pleasant, patient, and kind. He went above and beyond for me as well by understanding my timeline, budget, and that fitting into the RIGHT vehicle was better than fitting into any vehicle on the lot. He has been available after the sale when I had technical questions about the SUV. For example, my check tire light came on after leaving the lot and Jesse went to service to determine if it was an issue or if my winter tires were missing sensors and causing the light to be on. By determining the winter tires didn't have sensors, he saved me time and money by not having to return to the dealership within a week of purchase. Vince was also great at the time of purchase to come and shake my hand and welcome me to the Finch Family. Overall, awesome experience! More

Great Experience with Jesse Hughes at Finch Chevrolet I was looking for a specific truck and Finch had it in stock. I was a little hesitant about going back to this dealership, not having a good experienc I was looking for a specific truck and Finch had it in stock. I was a little hesitant about going back to this dealership, not having a good experience about 4 years ago. Met Jesse, asked him who to talk to about trucks. He said he could help, but was upfront about only being with GM for about 4 months. He had good knowledge, having sold another brand of trucks for 5 years, and was honest when he didn't know an answer, always working quickly to find the correct info. He was even able to save me some cash with an employee discount I didn't even know I had. I talked with some service staff and feel good now about bringing my business here. Dave in the finance office was really down to earth and helpful. Thanks for the b'day gift boys! More

Great Experience at Finch! I was shopping for a truck (hadn’t owned on since the 80’s) when I ended up at Finch and met Jesse. He spent a lot of time with me going over the det I was shopping for a truck (hadn’t owned on since the 80’s) when I ended up at Finch and met Jesse. He spent a lot of time with me going over the details of the Canyon Denali. When I finally decided to to purchase it 2 days before month end the team worked especially hard to make it happen. A little glitch when I picked it up as it had not been detailed. However Jesse and Chris Bowers went out of their way to make it right! I actually drove away more satisfied because of their desire to ensure great customer service. Will definitely be back for my next vehicle (although I hope mine lasts for many years 😀).
