Excellent service Ryan the salesman was excellent, he showed me everything there is to know about the truck that I bought. He even called me a couple days later to make Ryan the salesman was excellent, he showed me everything there is to know about the truck that I bought. Capital GMC Regina review The service we got from Jay P, Taylor V and Jennifer D was FANTASTIC. They worked so patiently with us and our toddler and baby. They didn't once make us feel forced or manipulated into buying. They worked with our budget and even went above and beyond to make the sale work for us financially. They answered every question truthfully and didn't sugar coat anything to "fool" us into out purchase. They were so very kind and happy and made good entertainment for our two year old. The first two tru If you are looking for a new or used truck, we recommend going to Capital GMC. This is not the first time we have dealt with them. The first two trucks were brand new but this time we wanted something used but in excellent condition. We found a used truck on the Capital Web site, that we had a great interest in. We contacted Jay Paull , and made arrangements to view the truck the following day. We were introduced to Jordan Desroches by Jay. When we arrived at Capital, Jordan was waiting for us to test drive the truck we had shown interest in, as well as another truck. Dealing with Jordan was a pleasure, he is very knowledgeable and had a great deal of patience dealing with us since we are a very picky couple as we know what we want. We then had Jessica Peppler to handle the paper work, she is a pleasure to deal with , and very much to the point, which we appreciate. When we arrived the following week to pick up our truck as we had a few things customized to it , we had a very wonderful surprise as we thought we wouldn't have the new wheels and tires on it as they were a special order, but there sat our truck with everything done and then some. His attention to detail and ensuring that I was comfortable at all times during the sales process was refreshing and reassuring! Kien To in Finance was proficient and professional...very thorough!
