Well, what started as a very rocky road ended up being a delightful experience. Vanessa is by far the best finance manager that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle. As for the dealership, there is definitely some training, and coaching to be done on how to truly be successful in the sales world. To have been dropped by a "manager", and ignored by everyone else was very disheartening, and I actually walked away. However, Jay the GM, reached out to me, expressing his frustration, and lack of enthusiasm in his sales team,and rectified the situation. Through his leadership, and ability to take accountability for his teams shortcomings, I decided to give them one last shot, and it turned out awesome. Thank you Vanessa and Jay. More

I've been very frustrated with their lack of communication with me and their lack of communication between departments. On 2 seperate occasions. Front and back breaks (recall issue), an alignment issue, a grinding when turning left and a clunk in the back end when stopping and rough idling. I was not told I was not scheduled in until I picked up the truck at the end of the day, after I was the one that reached out to them to see if it was done. It's very inconvenient to arrange my schedule to have them keep the truck all day then find out both times NOTHING was done with it. I feel that I was not treated with respect by Derrik. A simple phone call explaining that they messed up and didn't order parts and can't find the solutions to the issues would have gone along way. But instead he argued with me and gave me lame excuses after another with a condescending attitude. . One of the sales reps heard the entire conversation and was appalled at how I was treated and the situation I've been facing. He followed me out to the parking lot and took the time to listen to me as I was almost in tears. He said they would do his best to personally get to the bottom of this and do his best to make it up to us. I felt listened to and validated. Still don't know how to proceed at this point but as a woman I will never take the truck into them again, my husband will do it. More

Fantastic staff and service from beginning to end. Alvin was incredibly kind, informative and patient, doing everything he could to help make our experience easy and enjoyable. There was never any pressure and he even took the time to explain all our options, plus providing just the right vehicles which would work the best for us, not simply just make do. Everyone we met were so kind and helpful, especially Dave from finances, Joel, Jason and Donna which made the whole experience so much easier and of course Billy the adorable dog helped to push the experience over the top especially each time he needed another cookie from Alvin. Thank you to everyone at Kelowna Chevrolet for being so wonderful to my mother and I as we each purchased our new vehicles. Happy with my new truck I'm very happy with my new Chevy Silverado Custom. Nick was great to deal with, very mellow and not pushy. Was quick and reasonable with negotiations.
