Amazing front to back. I service all my vehicles here and I have started to support their sales department and so far so good :) They gave me crazy value on my trade! $4 I service all my vehicles here and I have started to support their sales department and so far so good :) They gave me crazy value on my trade! $4000 above anyone else in town. Got a free gift even though I bought a used truck (usually gifts only come with new vehicle promos and such) Had a slight issue with the truck after purchase and the dealership stood behind it and took care of the issue without questions. 10/10 recommend. More

My family was travelling through Kelowna and my vehicle was having some transmission issues. They were able to have a look at my car the next day, repaired it and sent is on our way. Garrett went way above and beyond to help me when my truck broke down just as I was leaving Kelowna for a 8 day camping trip. 5 minuets out of town going up Walker hill towing my RV, the engine check en truck broke down just as I was leaving Kelowna for a 8 day camping trip. 5 minuets out of town going up Walker hill towing my RV, the engine check engine light came on and the truck lost most of it's power. I limped it back into town straight to Kelowna Chev and saw Garrett. This was Saturday afternoon about 3:30. He came out to the parking lot with some tools, read the diagnostic codes and determined cylinder 3 was misfiring. He swapped the coil pack with cylinder 1 to test and changed a suspect spark plug cable and tested again with no error codes. Suggested I test drive it up Dillworth hill. Everything ran great. He put back the engine cowlings etc. and had me back on the road shortly after 4:00. Amazing, he saved our holiday. You won't find that kind of service on a Saturday afternoon very often. Thanks so much Garrett, you saved our day. More

Friendliest, most efficient staff in any business in Kelowna. My vehicle was purchased in 2019 in Kelowna and all servicing has been done at the same dealership.
