I realize we’re in the midst of a pandemic, but to say that this dealership is disorganized would be fairly accurate. Since purchasing my car I have: Discovered that the online description of the vehicl that this dealership is disorganized would be fairly accurate. Since purchasing my car I have: Discovered that the online description of the vehicle was inaccurate. Had to have the car re-detailed because the first attempt was pitiful. Told that there was no record of the snow tires that came with the car. Told I would have to wait six weeks for an appointment to put on the snow tires. Now... I have had the privilege of dealing with Brian Komar who did a great job of remedying these problems... it just seems like an awful lot of issues right from the start. Put it another way... if someone were to ask me how my time has been with ToyotaTown, and I simply listed what I’ve experienced... do you think they’d visit your dealership? More
