Thought brakes and tires had been checked at the previous oil change/maintenance visits but apparently they had never been looked at. Hence, my shock at all the work needed today and the cost. More

Although Jason was not the original salesperson who sold me the car, he went above and beyond for me, I bought a used vehicle from Toyota on the Park. Although Jason was not the original salesperson who sold me the car, he went above and beyond for me, and provided excellent customer service when I picked up the car. Although the car was not a Toyota vehicle, he was able to give me a very detailed demo of most of the features of the car. He even went to great lengths to answer my questions by googling about the car on his phone. That demo was very useful and enabled me to learn about the car features very quickly. Jason is also a very patient and nice person to deal with. Thank you Jason for all your help. Very much appreciated. More

He was very patient with me, (an 82 year old man), and went through the various features specially the software that came with it. I went to see him several times after I took delivery from him. He gave me his undivided attention when I met him after he gave me an appointment and explained what I was confused with. I think he is the best salesman that I have come across. He was so enthusiastic even though he knew that the sales was over and he would not make any more money for him and his company!!!. He has raised my opinion about Toyota on the Park and I would not hesitate anyone who is in the market to buy a new car to go to him to get the best service in sales and after sales.
