DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES TOYOTA ON PARK DIDNOT GIVE A COPY OF SALE AGREEMENT WHEN I SIGNED FOR A 2012 TOYATA YARIS . THEY DIDNOT OFFER THE 1 YEAR / 20,000 KM WARRANTY ON USED TOYOTA ON PARK DIDNOT GIVE A COPY OF SALE AGREEMENT WHEN I SIGNED FOR A 2012 TOYATA YARIS . THEY DIDNOT OFFER THE 1 YEAR / 20,000 KM WARRANTY ON USED CERTIFIED TOYOTA VEHICLES . THE CAR HAD BATTERY NONFUNCTIONING. NO OIL CHANGE DOCUMENTED FOR 16,000 KM . THEY SOLD ME $2700 EXTENDED WARRANTY WHEN BASIC WARRANTY ON CERTIFIED VEHICLE WAS NOT DISCLOSED . WHEN I ASKED FOR REFUND OF $6000 DEPOSIT THE GENERAL MANAGER TOLD ME YOU CAN GET $4000 REFUND OR YOU GET ZERO REFUND . VERY RUDE BEHAVIOR OF GENERAL MANAGER . I DIDNOT TAKE DELIVERY OF THE USED CAR BUT ONLY PARTIAL REFUND OF DEPOSIT IS GIVEN. THE MINIMUM DEPOSIT REQUIRED WAS $1000 BUT THE DEALERSHIP TOOK A $6000 DEPOSIT WHICH THEY REFUSED TO REFUND EVEN THOUGH THE SALES AGREEMENT WAS CANCELLED . THEIR TERMS AND CONDITION OF SALE STATE IF SALE AGREEMENT IS CANCELLED THEY SHOULD REFUND ALL THE DEPOSIT EXCEPT ANY EXPENSES INCURRED BY DEALERSHIP . HERE THERE IS NO EXPENSES INCURRED BY DEALERSHIP AS THE CAR WAS NEVER DELIVERED OR USED AT ALL . EVEN THE FINANCING DID NOT GO THROUGH THE BANK . I HAD TO DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD TO GET MY REMAINING DEPOSIT OF$2000. THE DEALERSHIP COULD HAVE KEPT $1000 WHICH IS THE MINIMUM DEPOSIT REQUIRED AND REFUNDED ME THE REST BUT THE GENERAL MANAGER REFUSED TO REFUND MY $2000 AT ALL .
