From our purchase with Jason Banwell, who was so transparent and incredible throughout the entire deal.. to then our wonderful servicing at Service! First time around Neelam Hashim looked after us, and what a great first welcome! She was kind, smiling, and very genuine. She was quick, and thorough explaining the service, and the service scheduling. The second time around, we had Neelam, and Amanda Boother looking after us. Again, it was such a pleasant experience. Look for Jason Banwell ... just a wonderful salesman. It was my good fortune and privilege to meet Jason Banwell at Toyota on the Park. Such a refreshing change from the high pressure, in-your-face salesmen of old. I used to be afraid to walk into a showroom. No need to fear the salesman or the dealer here. Such a welcoming place! I met Jason straight off. I told him exactly how I wanted to proceed and he respected my wishes right throughout the sale. He knew I was looking at several makes and models and, instead of pressuring me to buy Toyota, showed me what Toyota had to offer and patiently waited until I was ready to buy. He never tried to force numbers or a sale on me - and I respond positively to that kind of approach.. Two small problems were immediately rectified by Jason and I have no doubt he will be there for me down the road. You can't go wrong at Toyota on the Park. Ask for Jason Banwell. More

Excellent Service A friend recommended Jason after their positive experience. At the first meeting I told Jason I was on a fact finding mission regarding my lease w A friend recommended Jason after their positive experience. At the first meeting I told Jason I was on a fact finding mission regarding my lease which was expiring soon. He and Peter provided detailed options available. They also noticed that I could reduce the kilometers per year which would be a savings. I then met with Ali who thoroughly cover all parts of the lease agreement and other programs. I initially declined the ECP. After reviewing my previous service bills, Ali recommended a different class for the ECP, which I took. Chelsea contacted my insurance company and got all information. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable. The people I met were all professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice to work with. I have always had my car serviced here and again a wonderful pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Thank you!! More

Great Experience We were buying our first car, and they were very patient with us. In the end, they answered every question we had and gave us a great deal on 2017 Rav4 AWD Hybrid SE. Kudos to Jason Banwell who even went to tour us where their cars are parked to explain every color options that we have, and to Conrad Prasma who patiently dealt with my mom's questions about the deal and fickle-mindedness in choosing the color. Overall it was a very supportive and great customer service, especially for first-timers. More

Suberb experience buying a new Sienna AWD Ltd 2017 Just two weeks after we had purchased a Rav4 Hybrid Ltd at Toyota on the Park we decided to explore a trade-in of our old Sienna and buying a new Sien Just two weeks after we had purchased a Rav4 Hybrid Ltd at Toyota on the Park we decided to explore a trade-in of our old Sienna and buying a new Sienna. We had once again a fabulous experience dealing with all of the staff at Toyota on the Park. Jason Banwell did an excellent job helping us from beginning to end with managing the trade-in and new car purchase. We had a great experience with Peter Popovski who gave us a more than fair price for the 2011 Sienna Ltd and also gave us a good price on the new 2017 Sienna Ltd. Lastly, Ali Nikpour did a top notch job arranging our Smart Lease which is a great package. And thanks to Matt and Chris for the sales support. All the people at Toyota on the Park are fantastic and we know they have one of the best service departments in the country to assist us with the service of our two Toyota's in the coming years! More
