I had just come off a terrible experience with another dealership (buyer beware - the dealership advertised price is the price you should be paying, plus GST and finance fees. Everything else is negotiable), lots of lost time and energy on my end. I contacted Sherwood Park Chev about a used Hyundai Kona with a sour taste in my mouth, expecting to be jerked around again. David Shull proved me wrong, and then some! I’m in Calgary, they’re in Edmonton and we took care of everything online, from pricing the Kona to estimating my trade in, right down to signing off on the sale. The part that truly makes this dealership stand out is their transparency and empathy. I was treated like a human, rather than someone who they could scam a few extra dollars out of. The entire team I worked WITH and not against made this somewhat stressful process a pleasure - Jarid in Finance, Vince the Sales Manager and my man, David, who was so personable, going above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I fell in love with. He made my car buying process as easy as possible and never made me feel like he just wanted to make a sale. He listened to what I was looking for and instantly set up some test drives for me, letting me know what he thought I would enjoy about each vehicle. A vehicle on a different lot caught my eye and he had it at the dealership for me within 10 minutes, wow! I love my new car, thanks Jarid!! More
