My husband and I had been car shopping all morning dealing with the pressure of different salesmen who didn’t seem to care about our experience buying a car and instead just wanted to make a sale. (We knew we didn’t want to buy a car from someone who only wanted the sale) so we left every dealership that pressured us. We decided to give Toyota Town a try and within a few minutes of meeting Nathan we knew he was the guy we wanted to buy a car from. Nathan made us feel comfortable and relaxed, he took the time to answer all of our questions and didn’t make us feel pressured. The experience Nathan gave us completely blew our expectations out of the water, we we’re beyond happy with the vehicle we purchased and walked out with the biggest smiles on our faces!! 2015 RAV4 XLE. I was looking for a used car to replace my 15 year old Camry. I had done months of online searches to get an idea of vehicle choices within my price I was looking for a used car to replace my 15 year old Camry. I had done months of online searches to get an idea of vehicle choices within my price range (reality check). Had initially wanted a Corolla but after test driving, I found it to be just a little confining compared to what I was used to, so decided to look at the RAV4. I found a used one with extremely low kms. I made an appt to meet with a contact person and was linked to Baz Afara. I felt comfortable with him immediately and sensed honesty. Baz was very informative and answered all my questions. He extended his availability by phone or in person for any further queries I might have as I left to ponder my choice. When I went back 2 days later to buy the RAV4, I expressed certain requests and decisions. All were met with non judgement and a positive interaction between buyer and seller to provide satisfaction to myself. I would highly recommend Toyotatown to anyone who is car buying and, in particular, give them one of Baz’s cards (of which I took a few). More
