The car was very clean for my test drive, and Suzanne showed me the truck features in a very thorough way. I purchased the vehicle that same day, and she made the entire process hassle free - I did not feel any pressure or obligation, which was very nice. Janine in finance went through all the details of the sale and warranties smoothly and was very patient. Because I live in Toronto, I took the train in to pick up my truck. Suzanne even offered me a ride from the station. The truck was immaculate on arrival, and Suzanne made sure everything was up to snuff inside and out, and that I was totally satisfied.
