My appointment was set up without any hiccups, and they were very accommodating with my schedule. The car was very clean for my test drive, and Suzanne showed me the truck features in a very thorough way. I purchased the vehicle that same day, and she made the entire process hassle free - I did not feel any pressure or obligation, which was very nice. Janine in finance went through all the details of the sale and warranties smoothly and was very patient. Because I live in Toronto, I took the train in to pick up my truck. Suzanne even offered me a ride from the station. The truck was immaculate on arrival, and Suzanne made sure everything was up to snuff inside and out, and that I was totally satisfied.
