Garnet was amazing, he listened to my needs, found a nice Dodge Journey but I hesitated and lost it. Another one came in and he called, worked with me, Jamie got me a loaner while the Journey was being certified and followed up, came in on his day off to meet me. Fantastic service and a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommended. More

From first contact, he just comes across as someone you feel you've known for years. No pressure. Carefree test-drive. Completely amenable to letting us have our local mechanic take a look before purchase. And before we picked up the van, he even redid the contract with no argument whatsoever when we spotted a more suitable model on the lot. After the sale, he personally set up appointments, put me in a loaner vehicle, and did his best to have his service department take care of a few things we became aware of after living with the vehicle for a week. These were handled well with the exception of one issue that my mechanic strongly felt should be addressed but that the service department advised Aaron wasn't a concern. Everyone we had direct contact with was friendly and accommodating and I would highly recommend Aaron for the purchase of a vehicle. More

The best dealership I have ever dealt with I went into this dealership to look at Jeeps in early February of 2018. I was in a lease at the time so didn't think I would be able to get out of it. I went into this dealership to look at Jeeps in early February of 2018. I was in a lease at the time so didn't think I would be able to get out of it. They were able to get me out of my lease, find me exactly what I wanted in a jeep, and were super friendly and professional about it! The turnaround time was very quick (less than 2 weeks altogether) and I left with exactly what I wanted. Even the salespeople that I wasn't directly dealing with were friendly (offering to bring coffee etc.) and all of the staff were incredibly knowledgeable about their products. So so happy and will definitely come back for my next car! More

There was a used Jeep at Blue Mountain Chrysler that seemed to fit the bill, so I submitted my inquiry online. The next day, I received a phone call from Jamie Baverstock who introduced me to Shari McKilligan. There was a bit of a skirmish at the outset as the exact vehicle I had in mind had already been sold, but within hours, another one was located for me. Shari was very helpful and understanding. She was extremely patient in walking me through the protocol of dealing with my insurance claim, car rental time-lines, etc.,, in addition to the questions I would have about the vehicle I had my eyes on. Shari even looked out for me to make sure I could get in on the draw that was happening at the dealership! So happy with the service that I got here! More

Horrible expierence Went to I quite about a used car, wasn't shown a singke used car instead pushed towards a new Dart. So 200km on it not bad probably just to fill up and test drives. No problem. I test drove it and said I liked it. Needed a co signer ok no problem there. Went back with my co signer to take another look and guess what the car was already in my name and plated. "No way to get out of the sale now" I was told. "5,000$" just to get out even though no papers were signed. So stupid me juat went ahead and took it without knowing that what they did is illegal. Fast forward a month and my car is running horrible. Turns out they didn't have nearly enough oil in it when I bought it and at that point it had none! (Before I was due for my first oil change) mechanic lied to my face and said there was 2 qt in the engine. I know cars, ive worked on many cars and there was no oil in my car. Another few months goes by and the engine totally went down hill. Diving it unknowingly with no oil all the time. The engine had an oil burning issue that wasn't brought to my attention. Absolutely appalling. Customer service/sales (Jamie is awesome) was amazing but the way they do business is shady as can be. More
