So 200km on it not bad probably just to fill up and test drives. No problem. I test drove it and said I liked it. Needed a co signer ok no problem there. Went back with my co signer to take another look and guess what the car was already in my name and plated. "No way to get out of the sale now" I was told. "5,000$" just to get out even though no papers were signed. So stupid me juat went ahead and took it without knowing that what they did is illegal. Fast forward a month and my car is running horrible. Turns out they didn't have nearly enough oil in it when I bought it and at that point it had none! (Before I was due for my first oil change) mechanic lied to my face and said there was 2 qt in the engine. I know cars, ive worked on many cars and there was no oil in my car. Another few months goes by and the engine totally went down hill. Diving it unknowingly with no oil all the time. The engine had an oil burning issue that wasn't brought to my attention. Absolutely appalling. Customer service/sales (Jamie is awesome) was amazing but the way they do business is shady as can be. More

Worth the Drive! We drove an hour from Bradford after making an appointment to see a pre-owned Dodge Journey that we saw on the dealer website. The car was sitting out We drove an hour from Bradford after making an appointment to see a pre-owned Dodge Journey that we saw on the dealer website. The car was sitting out front when we arrived and the friendly sales manager greeted us. He introduced us to Aaron who showed us the vehicle. Aaron was polite and answered all of our questions during our inspection of the vehicle. He continued to answer questions when we sat down with him to finalize the sale. Phil took over when finalizing the agreement and he also readily answered our questions. The receptionist was friendly while writing up our receipt. We had visited other dealerships while searching for a vehicle and did not encounter such a pleasant experience which seemed to be because we were not buying a new vehicle and wanted to purchase a pre-owned vehicle within our budget. Thank you Blue Mountain Chrysler for an all round pleasant shopping experience! More

Phillip Fisher helped me in getting me the best rate with financing and is also a very informative person, giving me tips and pointers on my new purchase as he too owns a truck similar to mine.
