Pleasure to deal with Jacob Berman! This was my first time dealing with Toronto Auto Brokers. I connected with Jacob Berman and booked an appointment with him to see an Infiniti. I was This was my first time dealing with Toronto Auto Brokers. I connected with Jacob Berman and booked an appointment with him to see an Infiniti. I was greeted with a smile when I met Jacob. I took the car for a nice ride and he was not concerned how long I would be gone for. The car needed some TLC as the previous owner did not do the best in taking care of the car. Jacob and I reviewed all the items that needed attention. He worked diligently to get everything taken care of and worked really hard to get the car delivered on time. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the car turned out. After I picked up the car, Jacob committed to following up with me after the weekend. He did call. There is one small issue and he urged me to bring the car back asap to get it addressed. I would highly recommend dealing with Toronto Auto Brokers and Mr Jacob Berman! More

He was very informative and very easy to talk to over the phone he made you comfortable knowing they had the right car for you. Jacob truly went out of his way to make sure the Mercedes cls 550 I was purchasing was up to the standard I wanted it to be at from putting all new brakes and fixing a section of the wrap that really wasn't that bad.... Once you walk in you know they know what they're doing.. the establishment is very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and once you walk in you'll see their selection of cars is truly top notch. If you want a reliable trustworthy saleman who's going to go out of his way to make sure all your needs are met then Jacob is the man to go to.i can promise you that you'll have nothing short of a excellent experience More
