The salesperson did not attempt to sway us toward something else; he stuck with exactly what we had in mind and showed us the product we wanted. Requesting a test-drive was super easy and there was no pressure afterwards (we knew we were going to purchase, though). The dealership took care of everything on our behalf and had the paperwork all prepared for the pickup date. No messing about--they are organised, friendly, and respect the customers. It shows. More

Th This is the fourth vehicle my wife and I have leased at Toyotatown - 2010 Toyota Corolla, 2012 Toyota RAV4, 2016 Toyota RAV 4 and 2018 Toyota RAV4. The Lease person for the last two RAV4's was Sylvia Donaldson. Sylvia was very knowledgeable about the business and the model we were interested in. Sylvia was very patient and understanding with us and working together with her we were able to lease the RAV4 that we wanted. Sylvia also spent time with us showing how to operate the vehicle and it's various options. Andre de Coning explained all the paperwork thoroughly and ensured that we understood what we were signing and extras that were available on the vehicle. Jackie Cameron was the first person we encountered when we entered the showroom. Each visit Jackie was very professional and ensured our contact knew we were there. In total a very satisfying experience. More
