Dewight got me out of my 2015 duramax with a bad injection pump (11k repair) and got me into a 2021 Denali and it was the easiest process and most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. Heidi has been servicing our vehicle since 2010 and we bought our Honda CRV from Henry Brown(Used). We just traded in the Honda for a New GMC Terrane and very pleased with our new car and with Dewight who bought our Honda CRV from Henry Brown(Used). The dealership was able to get me the deal I needed. I am thankful for the that. The facility is very nice and while me and my family were there closing the deal the customer service was good. After that I h thankful for the that. The facility is very nice and while me and my family were there closing the deal the customer service was good. After that I had nothing but problems with getting the vehicle I had purchased and getting answers I needed to simple questions I had. The dealer ship did drop off my vehicle when it finally arrived a month after I had purchased it and when the vehicle had problems they came to pick it up from my home town and delivered back to me and had a rental for me to use while my vehicle was being repaired. This was very convenient and appreciated but the process to get the vehicle in the shop was very aggravating and took 3 weeks before anything was attempted to get my vehicle fixed. I would continue to call and let the dealership know I was having problems and would be transferred to several people who did not know what the next step should have been for me to get my vehicle repaired or would simply hang up. My sales person would not accept my calls and would send me strait to voicemail when I tried to explains my concerns. I still have not received my ownership manual and have not received a copy of the purchase agreement paper work. I have owned 12 other GM vehicles, 10 were brand new and by far this has been the worst experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to any of my family or friends to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. The customer service after a purchase is not where it should be for the caliber of dealership Henry Brown Buick GMC in Gilbert Arizona claims to be. More
