I purchased a Mercedes Sprinter from Henry Brown for my
fleet, and the vehicle was misrepresented during the sales process. It was priced and described as a diesel, but it ultimately turned out to be a gas
fleet, and the vehicle was misrepresented during the sales process. It was priced and described as a diesel, but it ultimately turned out to be a gas model. This is not a minor discrepancy — it materially affected the vehicle’s value by roughly $15,000.
In addition, the vehicle had an open recall dating back to 2022 that was not disclosed at the time of sale, raising serious concerns about the dealership’s transparency and disclosure practices, especially for a vehicle intended for commercial fleet use.
When I later questioned the valuation and requested documentation, Henry Brown refused to provide the paperwork after signing and would not furnish records supporting how the vehicle was valued. The finance team also failed to respond to requests for physical copies of the e-signed transaction documents.
This experience felt misleading at best and dishonest at worst. Buyers beware. Verify everything yourself, because based on my experience, you cannot rely on this dealership to be transparent.
