Gwen started into Toyota Sales over 19 years ago. She had been a "soccer mom", in fact, a competitive swimming mom who had always been drawn to automotive sales. Gwen's uncle was in the business for over 50 years and encouraged her to pursue her passion. Toyota proved to be the ideal manufacturer for Gwen to work for with its industry leading standards, integrity and involvement in the community. In the fall of 2010 Gwen moved home to London after being gone for many years and applied at ToyotaTown because of its achievements as a dealership and its incredible management staff. Since then, she has loved getting to know the London community and the surrounding area, again. super expetience I have'nt bought a car in 8 years so I was astounded with the service I received from Gwen Jones. Excellent experience I emailed ToyotaTown for a quote and received a call within minutes from Lee. He seemed really interested in my quest for a Rav4 which I have pondering for 5 years. I went to the dealership and was greeted by Sales Associate Gwen Jones. She and her colleagues went above and beyond to accommodate my needs for a vehicle. I purchased my 2015 Rav4 and am loving it! I love Toyota and just gave my Corolla to our daughter. So so happy! Always happy!! I have been dealing with Gwen Jones and the Toyota-town team for 6 years through 4 different cars, my newest being my Carolla Sport. I have always bee I have been dealing with Gwen Jones and the Toyota-town team for 6 years through 4 different cars, my newest being my Carolla Sport. I have always been respected by not only sales people but service people, parts people and generally everyone in the building. The products I have had from my first Camry Hybrid to my Scion TC and now my new Carolla have all been top notch in design and performance. All the car brands are really good lately but its not just the car your buying, its also the people you have to deal with. More

A very pleasent experience Just bought my third vehicle from this Dealership - Scion, Matrix and now RAV4 AWD. Have had nothing but positive dealings with all involved. Gwen Jon Just bought my third vehicle from this Dealership - Scion, Matrix and now RAV4 AWD. Have had nothing but positive dealings with all involved. Gwen Jones, the Sales person was great to deal with. Her knowledge of the process made the buying of the RAV4 very smooth and uncomplicated. I am looking forward to deal with Gwen again next year when it is time to replace the Scion. WH. (came in to change snows on Matrix, ended up getting a new RAV 4) More

Friendly service. I paid a visit to Toyota Town dealership in London to pick up a brochure on the Camry. Gwen Jones was coming up to me and asked if she could help.
