As a young couple, trying to find a new vehicle that is not only affordable but fuel efficient and reliable can be a daunting task. After several discouraging visits to other dealerships we went to Toyota Town and met Gwen. Dealing with Gwen made the experience stress free. On our initial visit she took the time to explain all our options and provided us with what we would need to make an informed decision and all without applying any pressure. We ended up with a car we love, at a price we could afford. The service I received this passed month has been excellent. Nicole did everything she said she was going to do and exceeded my expectations. My car arrived when she said it would with all the extras I requested and it looks sharp. Gwen did an excellent job on the Financial end of the transaction and I really appreciated all the hard work they both put in. I walked into the dealership a month ago and asked Nicole what the base price of a Yaris was and by the end of the month I had a Blizzard Pearl Yaris SE model in my driveway. Overall experience very favourable. Our sales rep Nicole remembered us from our initial preliminary visit a couple of months earlier (we hadn't left our names...). I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle. Gwen did the paperwork and also was very friendly. We appreciated her "no-nonsense" approach regarding the "extras". The only negative was the "low-ball" offer for our trade-in (cannot fault the sales rep for that - only the person behind the deal). It made the negotiation process much more painful than it needed to be. More

Nicole was very friendly, and what we really appreciated about her was that she really listened to what we needed for our family, and didn't try to sell us on anything else. She was practical, and didn't try to push anything that wasn't a fit, even though it might have been more profitable for her. We did find that Nicole was a little unorganized as far as information given (there were a few misunderstandings in our communications), but she did correct this, and was very apologetic. We also realize that she was fairly new at Toyota, so with this in mind, she did very well considering. If we could give her any advice, it would be to keep listening to the customer and continue doing what she's doing with selling what the customer wants/needs. Keep up the honesty. She does a great job, and will get even better as she learns to check and double check numbers and communications back and forth with her manager, so there is no confusion. We had dealt with Gwen Jones with our previous purchase, and worked with her this time on the financing. We were very pleased with her in sales, and she brought that same level of professionalism and service to finance. Gwen is awesome. Thanks Nicole, Gwen, and Toyota Town. More

Upon visiting Toyota Town we were approached by Gwen. What a lovely, professional lady! She loves her work and it shows. I originally used an Email link to ask a question. I got a very quick response. I was scheduled an appointment. I had found some cars I was interested on the Toyota.ca website. When I arrived the receptionist was friendly, then I was introduced to a representative. Gwen Jones was awesome (REP). She listened to what I wanted and although they didn't have what I wanted at the time she contacted me within a few weeks with what I wanted and a few options around those parameters. Gwen was not pushy or argumentative, which I appreciate. I found her to be trustworthy. I'm not in the habit of car shopping at dealerships. I guess there is the perception that they'll tell you anything you want to hear, and that they are over-priced. Well I guess time will tell whether I made a good purchase; but so far so good. I would recommend Gwen if you're looking for a car. She has a good sense of humour, listens to what you're looking for, and delivers. Well done Gwen. More
